Looks like Danish chef René Redzepi is working on a second cookbook for his Copenhagen restaurant, Noma: he tells the Globe & Mail: "It will probably come out in 2013. This book goes deeper into how we actually come about this food and these recipes. It is about the crazy trial and error." The first book, Noma, came out in 2010. [Globe & Mail]
