Chef Daniel Boulud has filed a federal lawsuit against a Buffalo restaurant by the name of Duke's Bohemian Grove Bar for trademark infringement on the name of his New York City restaurant DBGB Kitchen & Bar. The owners of the Buffalo restaurant reportedly agreed to stop using DBGB back in 2010 after receiving a cease-and-desist letter but clearly never did. [NYDN]
