Presenting the two contenders: East Coast Conference winner John Critchley of Urbana in Washington, DC and West Coast Conference winner Kurt Ramborger of ViUDA Bistro in Buda, TX. The winner gets all the glory and joins SF's David Bazirgan (Eater's 2011 Hottest Chef in America) in the pantheon of chef hotness. The vote, this way:
