Many weeks of polls and hundreds of thousands of votes have led to today, a very special day: The final round of Eater's Hottest Chef in America competition. Presenting the two contenders: East Coast Conference winner John Critchley of Urbana in Washington, DC and West Coast Conference winner Kurt Ramborger of ViUDA Bistro in Buda, TX. The winner gets all the glory and joins SF's David Bazirgan (Eater's 2011 Hottest Chef in America) in the pantheon of chef hotness. The vote, this way:
