A Life Worth Eating (aka Adam Goldberg) has uploaded pictures of his most recent meal at chef David Kinch's Manresa, in Los Gatos, California. It's a 25-course show-stopper that includes everything from "the winter tidal pool" Kinch described in a recent Eater interview to the umami-rich dish "toasted bread, onion, egg, parmesan, and truffle soup." Goldberg describes it as "Alain Passard meets Toru Okuda." [Twitter]
