José Andrés' Jaleo Reopens, Now With Foosball Tables

Why, yes, that is a foosball dining table at the newly revamped Jaleo in Washington, DC. José Andrés' nearly twenty year old restaurant closed at the end of February for renovations and to give the menu a minor face lift. Other than the foosball tables, changes include croquetas served on a shoe, private nooks for lovers on a date and beaded curtains that evoke scenes of a Pedro Almodóvar film.
