Phil Hall, the former editor of British tabloid News of the World, has settled a lawsuit with Gordon Ramsay out of court and publicly apologized to the chef. According to reports, Ramsay's former business partner and father-in-law had given Hall information on "a shark-fishing trip attended by Ramsay shortly before he appeared in a TV program criticizing the trade." Hall admits that the information was obtained by "illegitimate means." [The Guardian]
