According to Publishers Marketplace, San Francisco chef Thomas McNaughton is writing a cookbook based on the pasta recipes of his insanely popular restaurant, Flour + Water. Called Flour + Water Cookbook: Four Seasons of Pasta from the Dough Room, the book will feature photograph from Eric Wolfinger, who also did the photography for Tartine Bread. No word on when Ten Speed will publish the book, but McNaughton's a busy guy these days: he's also working on another restaurant, the upcoming Central Kitchen and Salumeria.
