Martín Berasategui, whose eponymous restaurant in San Sebastian, Spain hold three Michelin stars, will be opening restaurants at the two all-inclusive Paradisus Resorts in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Paradisus Punta Cana will have Fuego Gastro Bar, which will focus on pintxos and other casual dishes, while Paradisus Palma Real will have a high-end concept called Passion by Martín Berasategui. The chef recently opened a restaurant at the Paradisus in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. [7Caníbales]
