Tom Colicchio Forces Wisconsin Bar to Change Its Name

Nobody's going to call a restaurant "Craft" on chef/Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio's watch, or at least not Middleton, Wisconsin craft beer bar Craft Table & Tap. Pardon, that's Craftsman Table & Tap, now. A managing partner of the restaurant tells Madison's AV Club that "the naming conflict was amicably resolved." Colicchio has Craft restaurants in Dallas, Los Angeles, and the original in New York City, and apparently has "an incontestable trademark on the word craft as it relates to restaurants." So, no Craft for you, Wisconsin bar.
