Presented without comment, the "Bare Necessities" list from the Whole Smoked Pig recipe in New York chef Zak Pelaccio's forthcoming cookbook, Eat with Your Hands (preorder on Amazon). Included: two cases of beer, two bottles of hard-to-get Pappy Van Winkle bourbon, a couple joints, an 8-ball, head lamps, and a tarp. You know, in case it rains. These items are, it should be noted, for the cooks and not the hog. The book comes out April 17.
