The family of a South Carolina man killed in a car crash back in December has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Sean Brock's restaurant Husk. The driver of the vehicle that caused the incident was an assistant manager of the restaurant who has since been charged with felony driving under the influence. According to Reuters, the family claims in the suit that Husk allowed the employee "to drink alcohol there past the legal bar closing time of 2 a.m." [Reuters]
