Today is what would have been Dr. Seuss' 108th birthday and to celebrate, Martha Stewart invited The Lorax — who is getting promoted just everywhere these days thanks to a new movie — onto the Martha Stewart Show. The set was fully Dr. Seussified and she made things such as blue fish escabeche in honor of the book One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish. Here's a clip of Stewart making baked green eggs and ham: "You'll want to eat this recipe in a box with a fox in a house or with a mouse." She also plays a trick on her cooking assistant using "special eggs from the farm."
