Ah, Paris! Le Tour Eiffel! The romance! The graphic slaughter of horses! C'est tres horrible, vraiment. Via Twitter, Chef Rene Redzepi shares Le Sang Des Bêtes, which begins as a picturesque, pleasantly scored black-and-white film from 1949 before holy shit, they're shooting a horse in the head and ripping its body apart. If you stick through the whole film (spoiler alert: horses aren't the only ones who get the axe here) you'll be thanking your lucky stars this bloody thing is in black and white.
