Los Angeles chef Sang Yoon of Father's Office and Lukshon is famous for both his hamburgers and the fact that he refuses to serve ketchup with them. Yet, he tells the Wall Street Journal, "I have Heinz ketchup in my refrigerator. It's not for me. It's if someone comes over and wants it" and "I grill at home, but I've actually never made a burger for myself." [WSJ]
