Le Bec-Fin's New Chef

Abrams had previously been chef de cuisine at Spruce, in San Francisco, and a sous chef at the French Laundry. For a time, it had been rumored that Per Se executive sous David Breeden would helm the kitchen. [Diner's Journal]
