Jordi Roca, revered pastry chef and one of the three brothers behind El Celler de Can Roca, is opening an ice cream shop near the family's restaurant in Girona, Spain. He's calling it ROCAMBOLESC and hopes to expand the concept throughout Spain and Europe.
