From the Corrections section of today's New York Times: "An article last Wednesday about Georges Perrier’s retirement as chef at Le Bec-Fin in Philadelphia misstated which of his hands he injured in a food-processor accident in 1995, based on the recollection of Chef Perrier, who could not be blamed for wanting to forget such a thing. It was his right hand." [NYT]
