Australian chefs have a method for dealing with no-show diners: apparently there is a campaign to publicly shame people on Twitter who don't show for reservations. As chef Erez Gordon of Sydney's Bistro Bruno put it, "With Twitter, we are given the opportunity to respond in exactly the same manner as our guests respond if they feel we have let them down."
