Food writer Andrew Friedman revealed on his blog that he is working on a book with chef Paul Leibrandt of Corton in New York to be published by Clarkson Potter in 2013. Writes Friedman: "I can’t flip all the cards and reveal exactly what that concept is just yet, but it might surprise you to know that although there will be recipes in the book, it is decidedly not a cookbook."
