This appears to be an actual commercial for KFC UK/Ireland featuring a Gordon Ramsay impersonator rapping about fried chicken. Yes, really. Warning, the rap is pretty bad ("You've seen me patronizing chefs/taught you to make curd/but all I want from you/is the leg of a flightless bird") but the guy really does kind of look like Ramsay.
