Watch the Story of Sushi, Told in Miniatures

Here's a video from Portland sushi restaurant Bamboo Sushi, which prides itself on serving sustainable seafood. The video explains overfishing and sustainable seafood practices, which is neat and all, but also the whole thing is shot entirely with handmade miniatures and took seven months to make. Also, just to warn you, there is a scene in the video below in which a bunch of sea creatures sit down at a sushi table for dinner. Marine cannibalism ahead:
