Author Nathan Myhrvold stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live to make one last night. Kimmel's verdict? "It does taste good, but the meat...it's very strange, the consistency is so smooth. It's like biting into a bologna or something." Also, there is much discussion of how one might find a T-Rex skeleton, if one were so inclined.
