Well, this answers that question: yes, your waiter knows you're high. Or at least, these kids who ordered $14.64 worth of pizza from a Virginia Beach restaurant were. After the rash of racist receipts recently (Lady Chinky Eyes, Ching and Chong), it's refreshing to see some kids just being called "high as shit."
