SANTI, the Singapore restaurant in the Marina Bay Sands resort from late Spanish chef Santi Santamaria, will close in March. Santamaria died last year after collapsing in the SANTI kitchen. Santamaria was a major force in Spanish cuisine and was an outspoken critic of molecular gastronomy. [AFP]
