Here's the book trailer for Top Chef judge and Top Chef: Just Desserts host Gail Simmons' memoir Talking With My Mouth Full: My Life as a Professional Eater. Featuring NYC chef Andrew Carmellini, the whole thing is rather awkward, but the basic gist is: Gail Simmons really doesn't want you plebes interrupting her lunch, so just buy her book instead.
