Great, Christmas has been saved. UK chip shop Hollywood Fish Bar has pinpointed what has been missing from the holiday all these years: an entirely deep-fried Christmas dinner. Yes, according to The Telegraph, owner Chris Christoforou "has created a battered Christmas dinner consisting of a turkey, roast potatoes, stuffing, brocolli, carrots, pigs in blankets, and brussel sprouts — all indidually dipped in batter and deep fried."
Here now, watch the intricate process that is deep-frying one's entire dinner — with hopefully no deep-fried turkey explosions — as Christoforou explains these zany ideas just come to him in dreams. And no, it's not as gross as it looks, he says: "My customers' reaction before they taste is like a frown and 'Oh my god, what's that going to taste like?" Once they try it, you can see the instant change in their face from almost baffled to 'Oh my god i want another one.'"
