Bryan Voltaggio has set an opening date for Range, his mammoth 14,000 sq ft Washington, DC, restaurant: December 18. Eater DC got a look inside at a pre-opening preview party last night and learns that the restaurant will have a raw bar, rotisserie, wood-fired hearth, patisserie and a retail shop "selling items like high-end kitchenware, baked goods, and housemade chocolates."
