Thomas Keller swung by CBS This Morning over the weekend to promote his new cookbook, Bouchon Bakery. He also talked about the perfect width of bread for grilled cheese sandwiches, how he loves to dip foods into other foods, and knowing his strengths: "I'm a really good cook. I don't know how to run a dining room, nor do I know a lot about keeping the books." [CBS]
