Go Behind-the-Scenes at EMP/Alinea's 21st Century Ltd

Remember way back earlier this year when the crew from Chicago's Alinea went to New York to cook dinner for a few days at Eleven Madison Park, and then the EMP folks turned around and did the same thing at Alinea, and it was a big old cross country Michelin-star bespangled thing?
