Starbucks is struggling a little in Europe, but the company is not "using the economy as an excuse," according to a rep. To fix matters, they're building locations "closer to where people live and work" and adding regional touches: "Chesterfield sofas in its cafes in England, using reclaimed antique tiles in Barcelona and showcasing murals made from bicycle parts in Amsterdam."
