Fun fact: Sandeep Sekhri — who manages the Hong Kong restaurants for Batali, Michael White, and Laurent Tourondel — named one of his restaurants Craftsteak without Tom Colicchio's permission. Said Colicchio, who aggressively protects his "Craft" trademark in the US, "We called our trademark people, and they said we'd spend a lot of money but we weren't going to get anywhere." [NYT]
