Fictional Seattle Grace Hospital doctor and actor Patrick Dempsey is attempting to rescue coffee chain Tully's Coffee after it filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October. The Associated Press reports that the Grey's Anatomy actor says he's leading a group to buy the Seattle-based chain. A hearing is set for January 11. [AP]
