New York City officials slapped a former high school secretary with a $9,000 fine for buying tons of fast food using the school's official credit card. Kappry Vera reportedly spent $765 at McDonald's over the course of a couple years "charging the city for purchases there up to four times each day." She also frequented Subway and Burger King and resigned last summer. [NYDN via Eater NY]
