Today marks the soft opening of Houston's Original OKRA Charity Saloon, a bar run by local restaurateurs devoted to charity. Eater Houston reports that the bar will donate all its profits to a different local charity each month, and it's a collaboration between the showrunners at other Houston hot spots such as Anvil, Grand Prize and Poison Girl.
