obamacare-servers.jpgHere's a fun way restaurateurs might be able to get around paying for employee health care when Obamacare kicks in: an expert tells NRN that it's conceivable for operators to "reward their best performers" with health care "by scheduling them to work more than 30 hours" and then screwing over the employees they don't like by scheduling them at 29 hours a week, just below the cut-off to receive benefits.
