Flavor Flav's Chicken & Ribs Now Open in Michigan

America's favorite rapper/restaurateur Flavor Flav is back in business with today's grand opening of Flav's Chicken & Ribs just outside of Detroit in Sterling Heights, Michigan. As previously noted, this marks Flav's third restaurant attempt in the past two years — his Iowa restaurant shuttered after four months and his Vegas restaurant lasted for six months. Here's hoping this is the one that sticks.

At any rate, Flav himself appears to be in Michigan for today's opening, posing for a Facebook picture inside the restaurant earlier this week. But don't expect to get a chance to meet him today. The restaurant further advises all those who want to meet Flav in the flesh to come into the restaurant on Saturday, as the famous rapper/restaurateur is busy with promotional radio and television appearances today. Either way, do go sooner rather than later. You know, just in case.
