What is chef José Andrés up to during the ten-day Haitian leg of his Caribbean tour? Well, per the Caribbean Journal, he's partnered with Haiti's Ministry of Tourism on a film project "that will highlight the country's gastronomy." Andrés — who has done much on behalf of Haiti — will visit "Haiti's markets, hotels, beaches, farms and other attractions" in the program. [Caribbean Journal]
