Vegas Chefs Warn You: 'Palate, Prepare Thyself'

Here's a photo Eatocracy managing editor Kat Kinsman tweeted earlier today of a Las Vegas airport billboard full of celebrity chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and Bobby Flay advertising their Caesars Palace restaurants under the words, "Palate, prepare thyself." Kinsman raises an important question, writing, "I can't tell if this chef assemblage is a promise, a dare or a warning." Also, for accuracy's sake, Eater Las Vegas editor Susan Stapleton clarifies that Wolfgang Puck's restaurant is "in the Forum Shops at Caesars, which is not owned by Caesars Palace."
