Three-Michelin-starred Japanese chef Yoshihiro Murata is none too pleased about the fast food chains from abroad that have infiltrated Japan. While in Paris to cook at a luncheon at the behest of Alain Ducasse, the chef at Kyoto's Kikunoi says Japanese cuisine has been "polluted" by these chains that feed the youth of Japan food like "hamburgers, curry, and spaghetti."
