Bloomberg critic Ryan Sutton gives Brooklyn's Blanca four stars today (Blanca was also Eater's Restaurant of the Year 2012). Noting that "no restaurant is perfect," Sutton does take issue with the reservations system and wonders if they'll ever move to a service-included model.
