Chef Curtis Duffy's Chicago restaurant Grace, one of Eater's most anticipated Fall openings, starts its first official service tonight. The restaurant began taking reservations on November 6 and scoring a table to dine in the 62-seat restaurant will not be an easy task. Duffy has aims to "be the best restaurant in the country and be known as one of the best in the world." See Eater's behind-the-scenes series and then check out the menu. [Eater Chicago]
