Space Food

Eater Boston talks to the team of Harvard undergrads who recently sent a hamburger into space — which officially makes for a trend now that burgers have joined sushi, hot dogs and pizza in lower orbit. Burgerstronaut Renzo Lucioni explains that the hardest part of the project was due to "a global helium shortage" and that the burger did indeed get eaten after its trip to space, perhaps by a squirrel. Burritos might be next? [Eater Boston]
