PETA announced this week that it's filing a lawsuit against LA restaurant Hot's Kitchen for floating the statewide ban and serving foie gras, but perhaps that was just a stunt? Chef and owner Sean Chaney tells Eater LA that the restaurant has been served with no such suit: "If and when Hot's is legally served, we will be happy to provide a statement that speaks to the allegations."
