After the scathing New York Times review of Guy Fieri's Times Square restaurant last week, there was speculation Bobby Moynihan might dust off his flame shirt and do his Guy Fieri impression on Saturday Night Live. While a segment didn't air on Saturday night's show, they did shoot a Weekend Update sketch during dress rehearsal that has since been released online.

So, what's fake-Fieri's response to critic Pete Wells' goose egg? "That's not off the chain. No. That's very much on the chain." He also questioned his position in New York's restaurant hierarchy: "I am not competing with Jean Georges or Per Se... Grouping me in with regular New York restaurants is like comparing apples and fat dirt." Below, the clip — and in light of the coming holiday, check out Fieri's SNL Thanksgiving tips.
