Eleven Madison Park Unpacks at Alinea in Chicago

For the final act of the Alinea/Eleven Madison Park switcheroo experimentation, the necessary parties and supplies to run EMP have arrived in Chicago. Above, EMP co-owner/GM Will Guidara contemplates the intricacies of unpacking while chef de cuisine James Kent makes the Alinea kitchen nice with some proper EMP signage. The Eleven Madison Park dinners will be served at Alinea from October 10-14.
