Thompson and Ricker

thompsonpomo.jpgTwo of the most well-regarded practitioners of Thai cooking, David Thompson and Andy Ricker, do an interview with Portland Monthly in which they discuss authenticity and cooking food from a culture you didn't grow up in. It takes a terribly long time." [Portland Monthly via Eater PDX]
