A new wine bar in Troy, NY, the Charles F. Lucas Confectionery & Wine Bar, is delaying its opening until next week because it can't get any alcohol. Most of its wine and spirits distributors are based New Jersey and sustained flooding. Even worse: "One of the wine bar's featured suppliers, Red Hook Winery in Brooklyn, has been unreachable since the storm hit." [Business Review]
