Saveur's James Oseland Writing 70s Punk Memoir for 2015

Saveur EIC and Top Chef Masters judge James Oseland has signed a deal with Ecco to publish a memoir in 2015. But don't expect it to be a light history of his relationship with food, a la Gail Simmons. The book, titled Jimmy Neurosis, will focus on Oseland's experiences in the 1970s punk rock scene. A statement from Ecco promises "the confluence of art, drugs, and gay sexual adventure" and also "the story of a mother and a son forced to redefine their relationship under extreme circumstances."
