Hey, ever wonder how they harvest the ants they serve at Copenhagen's Noma? As chef René Redzepi tweeted, it turns out they do it by (literal) hand. The chef wrote: "Trevor working on his ant harvesting technique." After all, there's really no way to eat ants unless they're artisanally foraged by a tattooed chef in Denmark.
