Here's a trend a Dubai cafe owner is trying to make happen: coffee drinks made with camel milk. Earlier this month, Jassim Al Bastaki launched his Camellos line of camel-lattes, camel-ccinos and camel-meat fajitas. While desert nomads have long been drinking the stuff, seems camel milk has been grossly under-consumed thanks to its taste and smell that give away "immediately where it came from." [Reuters]
